Pipelines

Work that moves itself.

Renewals, claims, onboarding, telecalling, complaints — each runs as a kanban flow over your records. Stages hold the rules, overdue cards flag themselves, workflows move cards and close the stale ones, and every move lands in the record's history.

Boards

A board for every process

Layer a flow over any object and its records become cards. Columns carry stage counts, cards show the fields that matter with the owner's avatar, and a card that's slipped turns red and says so. Drag between stages, or switch the same flow to a table.

  • Board and table views of the same flow
  • Stage counts, owner avatars and an ‘Overdue 1d’ flag
  • New, Filter and Import / Export on every flow

Stage rules

Stages that enforce the process

A stage can require fields before a card moves in — a renewal can't reach Plan selected until the premium and insurer are filled in. Stages carry colours and win/loss meaning, and each flow keeps its own fields, apart from the base object.

  • Per-stage required fields
  • Win and loss stages for honest reporting
  • Flow-specific fields, edited from the flow's schema

History

Every move, on the record

Every stage change is written to the record — who moved it, when, and whether a person or a workflow did. Workflows open cases 90 days before a renewal and close the ones nobody is touching, so the board matches reality without a Friday clean-up.

  • Stage-transition history on every record
  • Moves by people and by workflows
  • Stale cards auto-closed by rule

Telecalling

Calling queues that run themselves

The demo's telecalling flow moves leads from allocation to a calling queue, a contact attempt and a callback — each card carrying the last outcome: busy, connected, wrong number, no answer, switched off. A workflow raises the callback task, and the card turns red if it slips.

  • Call outcomes captured on the card
  • Callback time on the card itself
  • Overdue flags the moment a call slips

Also in the box

Flows on or off

Each flow has its own switch in settings, with its stage count beside it.

Per-flow schema

Fields that only matter to one process live on the flow, not on the object.

Import / Export

Load a backlog of cases into a flow, or take one out, from the flow's own menu.

Filtered boards

Filter a board down to one owner, one product or one stage before stand-up.

Moved by workflows

Workflows open cases ahead of a due date and auto-close the ones gone quiet.

One process per flow

The demo brokerage runs renewals, claims, endorsements, onboarding, dispatch and legal recovery side by side.
