Integrations

Connect nearly 1,000 apps through the integrations catalogue — from the console or the API.

klerc connects to the tools your team already uses. Open Integrations from the sidebar to browse the catalogue, powered by Composio, with 989 apps at the last count.

The catalogue#

Apps are grouped by category — Email, Communication, CRM & Sales, Payments, AI & Productivity and Developer — and each card shows what the app does and whether it's connected.

NeedApps in the catalogue
Scheduling and meetingsGoogle Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Zoom, Google Meet
Payments and accountingStripe, Razorpay, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally
Documents and e-signatureGoogle Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, DocuSign
MessagingWhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, Discord
Sales and supportHubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom
ProductivityNotion, Airtable, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Typeform, Jotform

Connecting an app#

Click + Connect on an app's card and sign in with that service to authorise klerc. Connected apps show their account, with Disconnect and Add another account. Tokens are stored encrypted, and you manage every connection — status, per-account settings, disconnect — in one place.

Inbox channels are connected separately#

The channels your customers write on are connected from the inbox itself: Inbox → Connected accounts → +. That's where Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Slack and Microsoft Teams become conversation channels. Twilio SMS appears in the integrations catalogue as a native connector that sends and receives SMS in the inbox. See The inbox.

Through the API#

Integrations live under /docs/api/composio:

EndpointWhat it doesScope
GET /composio/toolkitsList the apps available to connectintegrations:view
GET /composio/connected-accountsList connected accountsintegrations:view
POST /composio/connect/{toolkit}Start connecting an appintegrations:manage
DELETE /composio/connected-accounts/{id}Disconnect an accountintegrations:manage
bash
curl https://api.klerc.co/api/v1/composio/connected-accounts \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $KLERC_TOKEN"

Connecting an app involves signing in to that service, so a connection started through the API has to be completed by a person. The reference doesn't document the response of POST /composio/connect/{toolkit}; see /docs/api/composio.

Building your own integration#

If the app you need isn't in the catalogue, use the klerc API directly: create records from your system, query with POST /query, and wake an AI agent through its inbound webhook when something happens on your side.
